My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were okay, albeit showing some wear and tear with a broken electrical outlet and burnout marks on the TV screen in the second room. The cleanliness was top-notch, but the wifi was inconsistent. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, although I was surprised by the hefty fine for breaking an umbrella. The location was a bit polarizing, offering a romantic ambiance for couples with balloons and candles but not ideal for families. The dining options were a bit overpriced for a 3-star hotel, although the cooked egg bar was a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay marred slightly by some hiccups.

The Makati Palace Hotel offered a spacious and very comfortable stay, making it a top choice for our summer staycation with friends. The rooms, although nice and larger than standard, need better pest control to keep uninvited guests away. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed, enhancing our experience.
